JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for both clients and internal agency platforms.
- Maintain monthly content calendar across all platforms by developing story-telling content to generate brand awareness, engagement and conversion for both clients and internal agency aligned with core objectives.
- Execute brand-aligned social media strategy for key existing and emerging social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Generate copy with brand tone of voice for all campaigns (client and internal) and own brand content libraries.
- Ideate, create and execute marketing strategies, including go-to-market strategies for existing and new clients.
- Understand client goals and develop/execute creative for successful campaigns to drive client growth.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reports to clients, analyzing content performance and organic social media metrics and other marketing KPI’s.
- Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities, best-practices, tools, and trends in the social and digital first retail space to forward company objectives.
- Continually research and execute best practices, tools and trends in the social and digital space, with knowledge of clients competitive landscape and industry, identifying market opportunities and champion thought leadership across entire organization.
- Work with internal and client stakeholders to monitor executions and implement optimizations and A/B testing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative, innovative solutions to problems.
- Expert knowledge of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Working knowledge of Shopify preferred.
